Our 2022 Moon Mountain Sauvignon Blanc is bright and tart on the nose.  Perfumed aromas of ripe honeydew and fresh lime are layered on top of notes of tart white peach, Gravenstein apple, lemon grass and wet stone.

On the palate, the wine showcases the great acidity and minerality of the vintage, as it rolls open to reveal lush and creamy notes that mirror the nose.  The finish is elongated, layered, and reminiscent of fruit picked at the absolute peak of the season.
