Theorem may be a Napa winery, but its roots go back to The University of Texas. Theorem's owners, Kisha and Jason Itkin, have crafted a special wine to support the University, BEVO and the Neighborhood Longhorns.
The wine is called XV in honor of the 15th BEVO and the vintage 2015 grapes from which it is crafted. The wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Theorem's Diamond Mountain Estate. All proceeds from the sale of this wine will benefit the Neighborhood Longhorn Program.
This is a very small production wine and will make the perfect gift for the person who loves great wine and the Longhorns.
