The 2015 All Great Things "Freedom" is the perfect red wine for a Halloween party. This is a dark garnet color with a very complex layered nose. Hawk’s Prey is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with spectacular tasting notes. It has an opaque purple core out to a ruby red rim. On the nose, there are elegant, complex aromas of ripe plums, milk chocolate, wild blackberries, cassis, violets, and warm, freshly tilled earth. 2016 Hidden Terrace Vinyard, Syrah
The 2016 Hidden Terrace Vineyard was produced on a steep south-facing slope at the edge of our Mountain Estate, high above the Sonoma Valley floor. This Syrah has intense concentration and is a whole-berry fermented in small, open-top fermenters. It was aged 21 months in French Oak barrels.

It has deep aromas of blackcurrant, Angeleno plumb, and hints of anise that give way to more site-specific and almost gentle remembrances of crushed stone and white flowers.
